TAIJI/QIGONG CLASSES
We offer group and individual Taiji/Qigong classes available in
the morning, day or evening time.
The group class is excellent way to maintain your body flexibility,
peace in your mind, strength in your bones, and coordination in
your limbs.
During the individual class you will learn routines suited to your
particular needs. We develop therapeutic routines to address digestive
issues, weak lungs, problems with the enlarged prostate, diminished
flexibility of the major joints in the arms, legs or back, and many
other chronic conditions.
